All Focus Meeting participants are supposed to read and follow the ISC rules on Freedoms & Responsibilities of Scientists as well as the IAU anti-harassment guidelines at all moments and in all activities associated with the Focus Meeting. In case you have witnessed any breaking of the aforementioned rules during the Focus Meeting events, we ask you to contact immediately us via the contact form or any member of the Focus Meeting Scientific Organizing Committee. Any complaint will remain confidential and will be investigated. We will do our best to resolve any conflict and preserve the welcoming character of the meeting.
