COVID-19

Vaccinated and non-vaccinated foreigners

  1. Pre-departure PCR test or RAT is mandatory. It has to contain explicitly the word “negative”, other words are not acceptable! If you have recovered and still have “positive” result, you will not be able to cross the South Korean border.
  2. Q-Code system registration before boarding (it is not mandatory anymore, however, much desirable).
  3. Visitors MUST receive a negative test result from the arrival PCR test within 3 days upon arrival. There is a Covid-19 center at Incheon airport.

The current procedures are well summarised in the following page, https://www.airport.kr/ap_cnt/en/svc/covid19/quaranti/quarantine.do

Note, the COVID-19 rules are updating in the coming months, so, please, check them again before your departure.
